It must be summer.  I finally downloaded the past few weeks pics and found sun, sand  surf in almost every picture.  From last weekend’s trip to Robert Moses State Park (NY) to attending nautical themed weddings (we danced all night long!) – we are certainly getting our dose of summer.  Here are some collages from our beachy adventures.  Anchor’s away…

All that glitters is gold, at least today. After several days of red, white & blue – I am having a gold moment.  Must be the Essie’s mirror metallics I picked up today.  Confession:  I have been looking forward to these coming out for a bit now.  These are nothing short of fun & can’t wait to put them on.  Also adoring the gold shoes… and I wish I had some just the right special occasion to wear the Elie Saab dress – beautiful.  In the meantime, I will be as good as gold.

Time flies by when you’re having fun.  That is what is said, and as I see, it very true.  Several years ago, we took the first picture at the beach, our first family of 4 shadow picture.  You can hardly see my daughter – she’s so tiny.  This spring, in London, we took another shadow picture.  Seeing them side by side, especially today as Bella graduates (preK), is another reminder to me of how quickly time passes & how we need to enjoy what we have in the moment (so hard to do!). Maybe another shadow picture today – or maybe just a lot of cheering.
