Dressing:
1/4C olive oil
3 Tablespoons lime juice
½ teaspoon chopped garlic
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon chili powder
Combine all & whisk.

Combine fresh cilantro & chopped mango with the cooked bean mixture.

Mix.

Yum for eyes & mouth.

Marinade:
1c tequila (good tequila)
1/4c olive oil
1/4c lime juice (fresh is always best!)
¼ bunch chopped fresh cilantro
5 cloves chopped garlic (2.5 teaspoons of pre-chopped garlic)
2 teaspoon sea salt
Pour marinade on boneless chicken breast. Cover & refrigerate for 4+ hours.
Then toss chicken breast on BBQ until golden brown.
