While everyone is focused on the Gatsby era, and Gld Coast manses, I would opt for something less opulent. For me- a quiet seaside retreat with postcard views. A two seater convertible packed with limoncello to sip, figs, bread, fresh prosciutto and aged Parmesan cheese.
