UN says climate plans must go further

The UN has said that the plans by 150 countries to curb greenhouse gas emissions will slow down climate change, but more is still needing to be done.

Scientists warn that the increase in global temperature must be lower than 2C by 2100 to avoid the worst effects of floods, droughts and rising sea levels.
